What's going on, NorCal Sports fans? it's been a crazy couple weeks, but WE ARE BACK!!!

On this week's episode:

The 49ers got a big win in front of the entire nation on Monday night and are still within reach of the NFC Worst (oops, West) lead. Will the loss of their best player kill any shot at the playoffs?

The Raiders are reeling after losing two games, and except for the play of young Jacoby Ford are returning to the bad habits of yesteryear. Can a injury riddled Raiders squad get back on top of the AFC West?

The Golden State Warriors are playing better and Monta Ellis has been a force to be reckoned with in the NBA. Why does this "Smarter" team play so similar to the Nellie days, and is that a recipe to continue the playoff drought in Oakland?

The Sacramento Kings look like the Kings teams of the late 80's and early 90's. Maybe that's why the Maloofs brought back a piece of the past in coach Paul Westphal — soon to be known as the Phal guy.

The San Jose Sharks continue to be Northern California's only winning team, but are still stuck in the basement of the incredibly tough Pacific division. Can the Sharks get back on top of the NHL food chain, or will this team sink come playoff time?

UP NEXT: Jess makes his triumphant return from his annual South American purgatory. The football teams fight for their playoff lives, while the Sharks hope to move up the division ranks, and the NBA around here gets the silent treatment.
